For Summer Only

Children
The sun is upon us
Come
Let us go
Out into the yard and play
Into the streets
And love
Into the fields
And labour
Coming into our own
Fighting for rights
By all means necessary.

THE WAY

We must know
No one struggle is in a vacuum
We must see
The common war
And each battle won
Worthy of rejoicing
To be guarded in solidarity
We are never alone
If we know all our family

SHE AND I

When She and I love
The gods close their eyes
And stop their ears
When the Supreme She and I sing
The pleasure nymphs dance with lusty delight...
