Yaba

The scene comes once
in everyone's life
Her whole womanhood awakened
from pain into endless joy

As if to tear mother to pieces
she's been reduced to a piece of thing
an organ torn apart
mother wept and then smiled
the warmth and purity a woman's heart
a true and lovely picture
life

Her life filled richly
the bliss and suffering of a woman
her eyes gleamed
Oooh it's a girl

Nature's sketch
a new life
Before then
a beautiful imagination

a smile of pleasure
a smile of sadness
the idea
divine womanhood manifest
a scream

The Separation

The sun is up from its long sleep
The morning dew flees
The sky knits its brow
A promise to quench the earth's thirst
But the wicked winds sweep it all away
Leaving the earth with a dry throat

The capsized boat dances
on the river
I cling to that tree trunk
on the river mouth
The life saver is uprooted
Like a stone, I sink

To others, the head is the feet
To me, the feet is the feet
I grin, all go gloomy
All go gloomy, I grin
My body and soul
fall out and fall apart

Greed

Greed can be humiliating.
We turn wild at stake,
Pledge our entities at "vanity fairs".
Life's edges are cutting Thru'.

Greed can be devastating.
We pounce on food,
This wild taste unblessed.
Of these that anger with contempt.

Greed can be debilitating.
When we pounce on others,
Of equal rights and values;
In obedience to anger.

Respite, are those therefore,
Whose hearts of warmth refrigerate,
The world to differentials.
Not of anger; not of greed.
